.NET Software Engineers III (Senior Level)

-Graduate of any IT-related, Engineering or Math course with excellent academic record
- With at least five (5) years work experience as .Net Developer with actual project  involved in full Software
  Development Life Cycle (report gathering, conceptual design, detailed design, implementation, testing and deployment)
- At least one (1) year experience in a lead position.
- Must have an experience in developing both windows and web applications
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience with database development and design using one or more major DBMS tools from a .Net Environment
- With a very good knowledge in .Net framework and Object Oriented programming concepts
- Must have exemplary skills in programming, program debugging and maintenance, application, integration, system
  installation and solution design.
- Relevant experience in Silverlight, UML, Web Services, XML, XSL, CSS and project documentation (program
  specifications, unit test plans, technical design, etc.) would be a plus.
- Experienced in handling projects in banking system, ATDD and Scrum is a plus
- Experienced in developing business applications such as HR, Accounting, e-Commerce and B2B is desired
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, analytical and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Biztalk Senior Developer

- Must have at least three (3) years experience in
- hands-on experience with server applications in a Microsoft networked environment
- Must have at least (1) year experience as a Sr. Developer using middle tier architecture, installation, setup, maintenance, design
  and development experience using Biztalk
- Experience developing using Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), an advantage
- Experience with Integration Middleware packages such as BizTalk
- Experience in Windows Server
- Experienced in multiple EAI areas (Message brokers , messaging middleware , and workflow)
- Must have at least five (5) years of solid working experience in developing applications using .NET frameworks and technologies
  (SQL Server, C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Web Services)
- Must have at least (2) years of actual project experience working with Microsoft Biztalk Server 2006/2006R2
- Must have thorough understanding of Messaging Infrastructure, Middleware Architecture & Web Service Architecture
- With an extensive exposure on software development with actual PROJECT experience on full SDLC (Software Development Life
  Cycle) (an advantage)
- With relevant experience in UML, Web Services, XML technologies (viz. XML, XSD, XPath, and/or XSLT, etc),XSL,CSS and project
  documentation(program specifications, unit test plan, technical design, etc.) would be a definite advantage
- Strong background in database programming MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005 SQL Reporting services experience and SSIS
  packages is a plus.
- Experience in Design Pattern implementation in projects an advantage
- Specialized skills such as Microsoft Office Sharepoint Servers also an advantage
- Must have exemplary skills in programming , program debugging and maintenance, application integration, system installation and
  solution design
- Must be a team player and willing to coach and/or mentor his/her team mates as needed
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, fast learner, analytical and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be ready to be deployed overseas
- With US visa a plus

QTP Senior Test Engineer

- Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent degree.
- At least three (3) years work experience in software and/or test engineering, developing and executing test plans, test cases,
  test scripts, test tools and test suites.
- At least one (1) year experienced in using HP Quick Test Professional.
- Experience in Windows test experience or knowledge of Windows technology required.
- Familiarity with Internet technologies like HTML, streaming audio/video, browsers, etc., required.
- Internet test experience is desired.
- Experienced in leading a team for one (1) year is highly desirable.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing is a plus.
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to take and follow directions.
- Position may require long hours and shifting schedule.

Graphic Artist

- Graduate of B.A. Fine Arts and Multimedia Arts or equivalent.
- Skilled on the following tools:

       -  Photoshop
       -  Illustrator
       -  InDesign
       -  Acrobat

- Highly skilled in design techniques, concept and principles
- Creative, dynamic and enthusiast in the field of graphic designing
- Has the ability to learn new skills and ideas in a short period of time.
- With one (1) year experience in any related graphics and publishing design firm is desired.
- Knowledge in Dreamweaver, 3d/2d modeling software is a plus.

Test Engineers

- Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent degree.
- At least three (3) years work experience in software and/or test engineering, developing and executing test plans, test cases,

- Experience in Windows test experience or knowledge of Windows technology required.

- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course, preferably in banking, office administration or management
- With experience dealing with clients regarding delivery of project requirements
- With background in banking systems preferably in Asset Management and Private Banking
- Willing to work involving building team spirit to both client and the company
- With mature disposition and consideration to upper management in critical decision making
- Can anticipate and manage risk that goes with project delivery
- Willing to implement Scrum at the company and at the client (needs to be trained)

Technical Manager

- Graduate of any IT-related, Engineering or Math course with excellent academic record.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Software Architect
- Must be able to show a portfolio of projects done as a Software Architect on the .Net framework
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing
- Very good in understanding long-term (“big-picture”) and short term perspective to come up with high-level to detailed solutions
- Should know all the aspect of technical architecture from network design, system configuration to system component design and
  development Must have exemplary skills in programming, program debugging and maintenance, application, integration,
  system installation and solution design.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, analytical and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Quality Control Manager

- Graduate of Industrial Engineering course or any related course with excellent academic record
- Has been a Testing Manager for 2 year or 5 years as QA Team Lead 
- At least 35 years old and above
- Experienced in making Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Cases, Test Procedures
- Can manage a team of test analysts, technically and administratively
- Has used automated testing tools and can also do manual testing
- Experienced in programming or has handled programming teams
- Knowledge of general software development process
- Knowledge of the domain, system or application-under-test is desired.
- Excellent people skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
- Exemplary planning and management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, analytical and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The B.E.S.T. Workshop

After a  long while, we’re back! You might have been wondering what happened to this blog these past few weeks. Actually, the culprit is WordPress itself. We installed the updated version of the application and, boom! We had a fatal error and we can’t open the site. Good thing there are a number of sites that provided a step-by-step solution.
